程抱昌 教授

程抱昌,男,生于1972年,博士。南昌大学材料学院/高等研究院。2001年在昆明理工大学获材料学方向工学硕士学位。2004年在中国科学院固体物理研究所材料物理重点实验室获凝聚态物理方向理学博士学位。博士期间师从张立德研究员,从事准一维纳米材料的合成和性能研究。其后在中国科学院半导体研究所半导体材料重点实验室师从王占国院士,从事半导体纳米材料的合成和性能方向博士后研究。2006年8月加入南昌大学材料学院。

目前主要研究兴趣:纳米材料的控制合成以及它们的组装;研究其微结构及其与特性间的关系;探索基本物理/化学效应,揭示并改进其光学、电学等性能。欢迎材料、化学和物理方向的学生加入研究。

Baochang Cheng, Male, born in 1972, Ph.D, Professor. School of Materials/ Institute for Advanced Studies, University of Nanchang. He received M.S. degree in materials science from Kunming University of Science and Technology in 2001, and Ph.D. degree in condensed-state physics from Key Lab of Material Physics, Institute of Solid State Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2004. During his PhD course under the direction of Prof. Lide Zhang, he conducted research on the synthesis and characterization of one-dimensional nanomaterials. From 2004 to 2006, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher with Zhanguo Wang academician focusing on the synthesis and characterization semiconductor nanomaterials at Key Lab of Semiconductor, Institute of Semiconductor, CAS. He joined the faculty of the school of materials of Nanchang University in 2006
Current main research interests: physics/chemistry of nanostructures and their assemblies, emphasizing development of controlled synthesis techniques of nanostructures, studying microstructures, properties and relationship between them; exploring the basic physical/chemical effects, revealing and modulating optical and electrical properties etc. Students majoring in materials science, chemistry and physics are welcomed.
